Well retraining : Can be very hard. When you have a stroke or brain injury you have to retrain parts of your brain to re learn how to move certain muscles for instance. Generally a specialist will be able to evaluate your losses and come up with a rational plan of how to get you back as much as possible to fully normal. You really should go to a place which specializes in tbi - do a websearch for your state.
