Depends!: I must apologize but I am not familiar w/presumably indian names so i cannot determine if you are male or female, nor your age. If you are a prepubertal female, then you'll just have to wait for puberty. If you're a post-pubertal female, then you can consider augmentation mammoplasty (implants). If you are male, then you'll need to see your doctor regarding gynecomastia treatment -drugs or surgery.
