Yea: Yes. Definitely investigate. Rec MRI breast and even consider biopsy if it is palpable.

Investigate further: I would recommend that further investigation be performed; possibly a biopsy of the thickened skin; also one could consider MRI of the breast. Also consider speaking with your physician about a referral to a surgical oncologist who specializes in breast disease. Better to be safe.
