Been in remission from hepc lately tho a lot of back.leg pain and tiredness could it be the liver ?

Depends...: If you achieved svr (sustained viral remission) from hepatitis c, then congratulations! you're off treatment, so we can't blame the anti-viral rx. The underlying degree of liver disease may however determine what systemic manifestations you experience (was cirrhosis present before hepatitis c therapy?). More likely, your distress has little to do with prior hepatitis c, & deserves evaluation.
