Why are my feet always cold and red but they feel warm to me unless i touch them?

Raynauds: This could be raynauds, which is where the skin on the feet will be cold and red, but cold to the touch. This can be due to nicotine, alochol or genetic predisposition. See your doctor or podiatrist to get a definitive diagnosis and treatment.
