Relax: Nervous tics are caused by several things sometimes together. Common factors are stress, breathing improperly (imbalance of blood gases/ ph), irritants that affect head and neck area. Irritants can be external or internal: pollen, some foods, tooth ache, cold or sinus condition, dehydration, stimulant meds, antidepressants or other meds. Analyse but don't worry; overfocus and worry makes more tic.
