At what level is your blood sugar before going into a diabetic coma?

No exact value: Everybody is different and tolerate different values. Just like alcohol, some people feel the effects at lower value while another person will take more. Also, diabetic coma can be caused by really low glucose or really high glucose.

Below 60: Alteration in thinking eventually leading to a coma can be a result of very low blood sugar, but can also be a result of high blood sugar with ketoacidosis (excess of byproducts of abnormal sugar use) in the blood, or due to very high blood sugars and dehydration. Because development of ketoacidosis and dehydration require other factors, it is difficult to state an absolute upper limit of sugar.
