One week: The minerals will stay around for quite a long time, as they are not as reactive as vitamins. Once vitamins are exposed to oxygen, they oxidize and lose their potency. Most fresh juice needs to be consumed in one to two days due to spoilage, so i would try to drink it within 3 days, just from a spoilage standpoint.
