Depends on pain: The treatments for thoracic pain will depend on the nature of pain. If it is degenerative disc disease, it may be treated with physical therapy (range of motion, vibration, massage, heat/cold etc). If it scoliosis, again, physical therapy +/- surgery may be an option. If the pain is referred to the thoracic area, but is caused by a chest or abdominal disorder, those need to be diagnosed & treated.
