What vaccinations are required for dentists?

If one is old enough: Not to be immunized in dental school, all dentists should be immunized against hepatitis b for sure.

None special: Dentists don't really get any special vaccinations to practice as with mds. Probably the only thing that may help is tetanus for bites ( no rabies with people usually). If you are practicing in a different part of the world then it is advised to get the vaccinations of the area like yellow fever etc. The best thing for medical people is to take good care of themselves to stay healthy.
