Get your eye checked: Your eye tears up because something is irritating it and tries to wash it out with tears. Maybe something got into your eye or something you used on your hands and you wiped on your eye. Either way, i would flush it in water for a few minutes and see if it helps. If not, it needs to be examined. My have an infection that needs to be treated.
