What can i do to treat mild periodontitis?

Routine dental care: Mild periodontitis usually means that some minor loss of bone supporting the teeth has been lost. The first thing is to have a professional cleaning done to remove the bacterial plaque and calculus that is causing it. Afterwards, regular dental visits every 3-4 months and maticulous home care that includes brushing, flossing and an antibacterial mouthwash will help.
