Depends on situation: A majority of CP patients with mild movement problems & no additional related complications will live a normal lifespan, have kids & a productive life. Each case is somewhat unique & prognosis defined by the level of involvement.

Yes: The reproductive system in the vast majority of adults with CP is normal and they can have children. Cerebral palsy is not a cause of infertility. However, some people with CP have other disabilities or medical conditions that might make having children an issue.
