No : Cerebral palsy is a condition related to a brain injury that occurs during birth. One can't develop cerebral palsy.

No: Little's disease or cerebral palsy as it is now known is defined as a disorder of motion and posture related to an injury to the developing nervous system that occurs anytime from pregnancy up to the age of 3 years. Traumatic brain injury in an adult brain can produce similar effects, but is not cp.

Cerebral Palsy: Cerebral palsy is caused by brain injuries during the pregnancy, labor or around the time of delivery. When brain injury occurs to an adult, due to trauma, infection, stroke or toxin, it is not called cerebral palsy, but may cause similar physical problems.
