Blood sugar test: Blood sugar test is more accurate than urine test.

Bllod sugar: Glucose appears in urine only when blood sugar is greater than (debate) 180-220. Would like to aim for sugars 80-150 for good control. So can still be in 150-180 range, chronically, and still be in less than ideal control without any sugar appearing in urine.
