See your MD or ENT: If you know it's an infection most likely you will need a course of antibiotics prescribed by your MD. However if you want something over the counter that certainly won't hurt, get yourself a Nettie Pot or Dr Neal's Sinu-med. You mix warm water with salt and then flush your sinuses out. I have to admit, the results are amazing and the addition of this to any sinus problems!
