See an OB/GYN: You need to get over your shyness. It may help to choose a woman physician. Believe me when i tell you that the doctor has already heard stories much stranger than yours and will be very sympathetic to your problem. This will probably prove to be fairly simple to diagnose and treat and you should be better soon. Good luck.
