Contraception?: Your fear is not all that unusual but there should be a solution. Use a good and effective contraceptive and you should have peace. All contraceptives have a failure rate, so we cannot ever guarantee perfect contraception but the bcp and iud are very effective. Talk with your physician for facts and advice about the best option.

Valid fear: Or guilty feeling. Obviously with every sexual encounter there is always a chance of pregnancy even with the most diligent use of contraceptives. The only sure way to avoid pregnancy is not to have intercourse. So either you have to accept the risks with sexual contact now, or abstain until you are.
