Be seen: It is likely a viral gastroenteritis, but possibly something else. She should be seen by her physician for an exam and opinion. However, there are not any meds that are necessarily needed for a child her age, as she is still in diapers, and will clear the virus faster if you allow it to run its course. Keep her hydrated as that is generally what causes hospitalization needs.
