Sport medicine: You should definitely consult with a sports medicine orthopedic surgeon to discuss options. If you have dislocated more than a couple times, each dislocation causes damage. Find a surgeon that will tailor treatment to you as an individual.

See below: Sounds like the anxiety is becoming a problem before you have any more problems with your shoulder. If this is the case, see a psychiatrist or psychologist who does cognitive behavior therapy (cbt).
