See a doctor: It's possible you have a hand bone/knuckle fracture. You need an exam and probably need x-rays to make a diagnosis. Try to avoid fights with walls, doors and tables.

Go to the ER: I would advise going to the er and obtaining an evaluation including an x-ray.
