There is no immunity: from pink eye. One interesting fact is that pink eye is usually self limiting, resolving with out treatment in about two weeks. Good hygeine will have less of a chance of getting pink eye.

No : Multiple studies investigating the development of pink eye after being farted on have failed to demonstrate any relationship. I hear the national eye institute is now performing a multi-center study on fart-related pink eye but the results aren't known yet.
