No: Primary idiopathic myelofibrosis is under umbreall of myeloproliferative neiplasm-where for some unknown reasons, there is uncontrolled increased production of reticulin fibres inside the bone marrow space. While it is not a form of leukemia, however it can transform into acute leukemia.
