90 years old: No way! unless you are in pain. If you are able to eat well with your natural teeth, keep them. The older we are the harder it is to get used to an appliance like dentures. For older people function is more important than esthetics. My grandfather got full dentures at 80 years of age and went to his grave cursing at them. If you can keep your teeth, do so!
