Absolutely: Things to consider are is it a front tooth or back tooth crossbite as well as the needed movements in order to do so. Having an orthodontic consultation with a proper workup will answer these questions and determine the least invasive and most effective solution for your particular situation. Good luck!

Absolutely: We Orthodontists do this treatment all day long every day. See an Orthodontic Specialist for an initial examination (usually complimentary) to discuss the treatment options applicable for resolution of your unique malocclusion. I have an office in Chalfont and would be happy to see you for an examination.
