Depends: What kind of tumor? If you are really only 18, hard to imagine cancer in the colon but any bleeding needs evaluation. Call your doctor now.

?IBS or infection: When you eat, a signal goes from the stimach to the brain. A return signal goes to the bowel "suggesting" that you have a bm. It is called a gastro-colic reflex and when the nercous system is irritable this becomes ibs. The blood indicates some inflammation so ibs can sometimes go on to become uslcerative colitis. I would advise you to get it checked.
