No clear answer: Until you get your period again, you won't be able to get pregnant. There is no clear scientific answer as to when it is "ready" to get pregnant again. Most obgyn's say 3-4 months, but in all fairness, that's really just a gut feeling and not based on hard data. I'm so sorry for your loss and good luck in the future!
