How to know the gender of my baby in 22 weeks. im having the anamoly scan report. is it possible to detect by fetal heart rate? its 141bpm

Rate not predictive : An ultrasound can show male anatomy if the technician is able to find it. A scan to the level that would find anomalies should find gender. Heart rate/string test/etc. Are all fables & not accurate predictors of anything.
