There's no cure: We like to treat our patients and reassure them... That is all the supplements are doing. There is no known cure for tinnitus. I usually recommend my patients try flavonoid/b compounds as a trial because that is really all that can be suggested. But a good discussion with my patients about the causes is normally sufficient to "treat" them.
