Ovulation: Pregnancy occurs when sperm meets a recently ovulated egg. Therefore, you need to time intercourse with ovulation. In order to figure out when you ovulate, you'll need to track your cycle days. 1st day of bleeding is day 1. Count how many days until the next day 1. Basically, a woman ovulates 14 day before the onset of a cycle. 28d cycle=ovulation day 14. 30d cycle: ovulates day 16.
