Is honey safe to go in your eyes?

Yes but , , : If you accidentally splash honey in your eyes it will do no harm. Honey is non-toxic and sterile. I don't know why you would want to apply honey on a regular basis but it shouldn't be a problem except for the disturbed vision until it is cleared out by the tears.
