It certainly won't: Help you. I don't know if it would blind you. Don't put foriegn substances in/ on your eyes.

No: No, but it will make them sticky. The only accepted medicinal use of honey in the eyes is as a treatment for hot pepper exposure. After rinsing thoroughly with water, the honey is applied for ten minutes then rinsed away to relieve the intense burning sensation.
