Maybe: Diabetes can affect all the organs of the body- so , yes but, most of time , other things going on can or are causing similar symptoms ie: symtoms not rel;ated to dm it's why , as a diabetes specialist, i insist on keeping my skills in general medicine so, must see a quality internist, or endocrinologist who will take care of whole patient to decide what a particular symptom is caused by.
