Unlikely: It is very unlikely to get pregnant on Depo-Provera shot, unless you missed your next shot, a lot of times it takes long time to restore fertility even after you off the shot, the symptoms can be the side effects of the medicine. But if there is any concern just get a pregnancy test, will make you feel better to know for sure.
