BFneeds circumcision: Foreskin tight enough to cause painful erections means that intercourse is painful & unpleasant & thus unpleasant for both partners. Also means that penile hygeine is difficult or impossible. He should consult with a urologist who will likely recommend circumcision. Steroid cream for adult phimosis is usually unsatisfactory & impossible if foreskin opening is scarred.
