Anorgasmia: Anorgasmia related to ssri use should fade away once you've stopped the medication and it's out of your system. Anorgasmia related to depression would probably continue -- so hopefully you and your doctor are monitoring your level of depression and working to treat it effectively in another way.

SSRI: Yes, once its washed out of your system after stopping per your physician guidance, in 2 weeks or so you should be fine.
