No: Amblyopia is a permanent condition that results from the loss of visual stimulus to the brain during childhood. Once the visual system has fully developed, the eye is deemed to be amblyopic though the condition likely extends to involve other components of the vision system. . Structurally, the amblyopic eye may be normal. So, fixing is not possible.
