Thorough?: I don't know how thorough i can be in 400 letters but as far as dangers go any laser can cause burns and scarring and that's about the only real danger.

Burns, scars: Although infrequent, any laser procedure may cause burn injury, possibility of scarring, or brown or white spots (hypo or hyper pigmentation) secondary to the treatment.
