Topical drops: Every company that makes over the counter drops makes some for tear replacement or lubrication of the eye. Go to your pharmacy and find the dry eye section and try a few. Do not use "gets the red out" drops as these are drying. If the condition persists, then see your ophthalmologist for advanced help.
