Eyedrops: If this is your only symptom and the vision is good and the eyes not hurting, then try applying over the counter lubricating eyedrops. Do not use "gets the red out" type drops as these are drying. Plain eye ointment at night is also helpful. If these work, fine, but if it persists, see your ophthalmologist for the next sequence of treatment.
