Yes: Yes, in allogeneic stem cell transplantation- where you have bone marrow donor from somebody else- your blood group type can change. Not in the case of autologous transplantation- where you use your own bone marrow.

Yes: Your blood will then be formed by stem cells given to you from the donor...So your blood will be the same as the donor's blood.
