Many others: Spiriva, tudorza both are long acting muscarinic dilators. Daliresp a pill that decreases exacerbation rates. Other fixed drug combos like advair are symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) and dulera. Also theophylline . Nebulized albuterol , and Perforomist or Brovana which are longacting dilators, also oral steroids.
