Not an issue now: No hemodynamically significant stenosis indicates the amount of narrowing is not affecting the heart function. At this time, the condition requires ongoing observation, but no treatment. Aortic stenosis tends to be progressive so not being significant at this time does not mean it will remain so.

No problem: It means that there is probably some thickening of the valve or very early narrowing of the valve but not enough to actually block blood flow.
