See your dentist: Wisdom teeth can be extracted with little or no post operative complications. Pain and swelling is usually a function of the trauma from the procedure. Trauma is a function of the preoperative findings. I strongly recommend you see a qualified oral surgeon to properly evaluate and guide your treatment needs. Best of luck -.

Healing: Patients vary greatly. Everything from tooth position, overall health, skill of surgeon, smoking status, etc. As a general rule, expect soreness and swelling and mild bruising for 5-10 days. Follow your instructions given by your dentist. Some people have little pain at all, and some have significant swelling. The younger you are, the quicker you'll heal.
