A member asked:

What can it feel like to go through wisdom tooth extraction under twilight anesthesia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not much: Normally twilight anesthesia or IV sedation should create a deep enough level of anesthesia in combination with local anesthesia that you should feel almost nothing except maybe some pressure and vibration if a drill is used to remove your teeth. It should not be painful at all and you should not even feel the administration of the local anesthesia.
