It is what it is: At this point, the fracture is healed. If you are unsatisfied with the shape of the orbit or if malunion of the fracture has caused occular problems then surgical consultation would be appropriate.

Maybe nothing : If you have no symptoms or enophthalmos do nothing. The biggest symptom will be double vision. If no Diplopia and they eyes appear symmetric do nothing.
