Wait: It is not unusual for defects in the tooth (such as fluorosis) to brighten while the rest of the tooth also whitens.Once you stop the whitening process, the color of the teeth will stabilize, and the white patches should fade away and blend in with the rest of the tooth. If they do not go away, some minor bonding can be placed over the white patches to cover them up and make your teeth look great!

Time will fix it.: This happens because of dehydration. It take between 10 days to 4 weeks for teeth to hydrate again and look more normal.

Cosmetic bonding: It's a common problem when bleaching teeth with fluorosis or white spots. Cosmetic bonding may be an excellent and quick solution to this problem.
