Define "best": If you define best as a treatment that costs very little, has no side effects and is easily reversible, get use to glasses. If you are okay with putting foreign objects in your eye at a significant expense, get contacts. You can also get laser treatment, but it may last for a few years before it needs revision. A sit down with an eye doc to discuss your options may be your best course.
