Usually 1-2 days: Depend on what you mean? Tightness, pain, swelling? What ? If you wear prescription support stockings n walk at least 30 minutes a day.... You should be able to go to irk in approximate 2 days. We say no weight lifting for 5 days; if your neck veins stick out or your face turns red... Wait 5 days.... But walk, wak, walk. What was wrong?
