A member asked:

If getting a dowagers hump from too much work on laptop and desktop, what can i do at 60?

See your doctor.: Unless you are bent over 24/7 a "dowager's hump" is from osteoporosis and collapse of vertebral bones or using steroids, not from using computer. At 60, those are possibilities. See your doctor and get x-rays/mri done to evaluate spine.
